  1. Agreement to Terms

 

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Customer Service Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use our services.

 

  1. Customer Service

 

We strive to provide you with top-quality customer service. Our customer service team is available to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have about our services. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly and efficiently.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects in our services will be corrected. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included in our services.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

In no event shall Appellation Academy or its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or in any way connected with the use of our services, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

 

  1. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold Appellation Academy, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, your violation of this Customer Service Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

 

  1. Governing Law

 

This Customer Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

 

  1. Changes to Customer Service Agreement

 

We reserve the right to modify this Customer Service Agreement at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified agreement.

 

  1. Payment Policy 

 

My team and I are excited to have you join us as part of the Appellation Academy community! We want you to be successful, and we don’t want anything to hold you back in our work together. That’s why it’s important for you to be aware of our payment policy.

 

Our payment policy is strictly enforced. We want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our standards and expectations for payments. This payment policy applies to every program and to every member in our community.

 

Our payment policy is as follows:

Payment plans are to be paid on time without exception.

 

If you sign up for a program or retreat on a payment plan, it is your responsibility to ensure that funds are available and payments are successfully processed on time.

 

If, for any reason, your payment is missed or declined, we will retry your card three (3) times in three (days) consecutively. If the payment fails to process, we will reach out to you and you will be given a one-time payment extension. This can only be done one (1) time per client. The extension will be approved for seven (7) days from the original payment due date. Extensions beyond seven (7) days will not be approved. 

 

If, for any reason, payment is not received by the extension date, or if payment is declined for a second time, the following process will be followed. 

  1. You will be removed from your current program, and all program benefits and bonuses will be forfeited.
  2. You will then be given seven (7) days from the extended payment date to pay your remaining balance in full to regain access to your program.
  3. If your account is not paid in full, you will be removed from our community. This means that you will be removed from all active groups and prevented from participating in any future program.

 

*No refunds for unused products, services, or unattended retreats will be issued.
